Numerous patrons praise the friendly service that makes them feel like part of a family. As one customer, Mya K, eloquently put it, “The food is made with love,” and that sentiment echoes through every dish served.
Fusion Kitchen's menu is a delightful mix of spicy jerk chicken, hearty oxtails, and comforting curry goat, alongside Thai classics like Pad Thai, Pad Kee Mao, and Pineapple Fried Rice. Whether you're in the mood for a flavor-packed I.S.O. Trio, which allows you to indulge in three different meats with sides, or a refreshing veggie plate brimming with rice, cabbage, and fried plantains, there is truly something for everyone.
One of the standout experiences here is the commitment to using quality ingredients, which leads to astonishingly vibrant flavors that resonate with every bite. Patrons also rave about pairing their meals with Ting green soda, creating a refreshing contrast to the rich and spicy dishes.
In addition, the atmosphere is often complemented by live music on weekends, enhancing the overall experience and giving diners a true taste of Caribbean and Thai culture. “ Visiting fam and friends in area, found this place looking for pit stop before drive home to Raleigh. Menu caught my attention. Wife had drunken noodle shrimp she really liked. Pad thai jerk was crazy good, flavors pair so well. Hands down best protein in a pad thai I've ever had!! We also had chk and beef patties. Got jerk wings to go with big sides. Owners were there, very nice and accomodating. Recommend the Ting green sodas pairing with flavors. ”

“ My wife and I decided to try out this place as we saw a post on Facebook. We were not disappointed. Before I get to the food I want to shoutout the owners, husband and wife who were very friendly and attentive. I ordered the shrimp pad kee mao and my wife ordered the oxtail dish. We also tried the spicy beef patty. Everything had amazing flavor and tasted great. We will definitely be back to try the other dishes both Jamaican and Thai! ”
“ This place is great. Heard from a friend we should try it and we were not disappointed. We ordered the pork gyoza appetizer and shared the Chicken Massaman and Chicken Pad Kee Mao. We went for medium spice for my hubby which was really good but next time I may try hot. Both dishes were really good and we would definitely have again. However we are looking forward to trying other items on the menu as well. The staff and owners are very kind and friendly. Looking forward to sharing with friends. ”
“ The owner here is incredibly sweet and works very hard. She was faster by herself making all the food than a restaurant with full staff making food. The drunken noodle was amazing and it wasn’t spicy! I love how versatile it is and how it can be spicy or not be. The oxtails were really good too and full of flavor. The presentation of the dishes were very nice seeing the food in the restaurant. I highly recommend you come visit and support this restaurant. The owner makes Thai and Jamaican food and I love that she has broadened horizons and integrated both types of food in her restaurant. The photos below do not do justice to the food especially with how kind her heart is. ”
“ What an amazing and tasty new place! Went here on a whim, and the food is amazing. You can even request a vegetarian version of some dishes. And the service is friendly, entertaining and accommodating. The fried banana was especially good, it looked so delicious that I forgot to take a picture first! New favorite place in town! I like the decorations and ambience, and the ingredients seem like they are selected with care. ”
“ I went there yesterday for Jamaican food and came back today for Thai food. Both are amazing and the people there are so friendly and wonderful. Love the vibe, the food, and the people. ”
